Judith Pepper serves as the President of the CHI St. Luke's Health Brazosport Health Foundation. The CHI St. Luke's Health Brazosport Health Foundation is the philanthropic arm of CHI St. Luke's Health Brazosport, committed to excellent and compassionate health care.
Previously, Judith was Director of Global Operations for the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health, located at Texas Tech Health Science Center in Amarillo from January 2008 to August 2010. She has served as Executive Director of La Plaza Telecommunity in Taos, New Mexico, Tribal Administrator for the Central Management System on Taos Pueblo and as Vice President of Programs for Futures For Children.
Along with many volunteer board that she has served on, Judith received the America Online Rural Telecommunications Innovative Technology Leadership Award and was named an active and dedicated leader by New Mexico Business Journal.
A native of the Texas Panhandle, Judith Pepper graduated from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas. She is a member of Brazosport Rotary, currently serving as the Chair for the donations to the Salvation Army Christmas Angel Tree.
Linda Thomerson has worked for the Foundation since 2005 and is now Data Coordinator. Her main responsibilities include data management, administrative support and data reporting. She successfully assisted with the Foundation’s 2010 Bluebonnet Social Club and the 2011 Fashion Fantasy.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo in Canada and was employed with Dow Chemical Canada, Inc. Her first job in Texas was with Brazosport Health Alliance, a division of CHI St. Luke's Health Brazosport.
Linda moved to Lake Jackson from Canada in 1998 with her family. Over the years she has been involved with the Brazosport Newcomers Club, Lake Jackson Swim Team and her daughters’ schools.
Shana Lunsford serves CHI ST. Luke’s Brazosport Health Foundation as the Administrative Assistant. With her 20 years of administrative experience in various business settings throughout Houston and the Brazosport region, Shana will manage the administrative functions of the Foundation including accounting, event coordination, board and volunteer committee communications, community outreach and executive assistance to the Foundation President.
Shana is a proud native Texan and has a great love for music as an accomplished vocalist. She has performed at various venues across Texas and her greatest honor was singing the National Anthem at Minute Maid Park in 2007 for over 40,000 people.
Shana is married and has two children, Austin and Alexis. Living on the coast in Sargent, Texas, she loves to fish and has many stories about “the one that got away.”
